3. Pricing and Payment

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for our services. Final pricing is determined based on the volume and type of items to be removed. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs, including same-day service when available. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot remove certain items, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos)
• Medical waste
• Radioactive materials
• Explosives or ammunition
• Infectious materials

6. Liability

Yakima Junk Pros carries full liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for items left for removal. Once items are loaded onto our truck, they become our property and may be disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion. Please ensure you have removed all personal belongings and valuables from items before our arrival.

7. Property Access

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the items to be removed. Additional charges may apply for items that require special handling or are in difficult-to-access locations. You warrant that you have the legal authority to dispose of all items you ask us to remove.

8. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices. Whenever possible, we recycle, donate, or repurpose items. However, we cannot guarantee that specific items will be recycled or donated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yakima Junk Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
